Wavetides Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Wavetides (the “Company”), the purchaser (“Purchaser”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
The Purchaser acknowledges that WaveTides does not sell health products.
The Purchaser further acknowledges that all products available in vial form through Wavetides are sold strictly for laboratory, industrial, and research purposes. These products:
- Are not intended or authorized for administration to humans or animals
- Are not drugs, natural health products, nutritional supplements, additives, or similar products
- May contain inherently harmful ingredients that pose serious health risks if used improperly
The Purchaser affirms that they are a duly qualified practitioner, academic, laboratory technologist, or industrial technician and that they:
- Will use all products solely for laboratory, industrial, or research purposes
- Will not use, nor permit others to use, these products as health products for humans or animals
The Purchaser further acknowledges that the listing of any material does not constitute a license to use such material in violation of any patent, trademark, or other intellectual property right. All products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained research or laboratory professionals.
