Free Express Shipping is available on orders over $250 (before taxes and discounts).
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will ship the following business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Wavetides ships orders using Canada Post or, for some orders, Purolator or Sendle. The shipping carrier is selected based on destination, cost, and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Times
“Shipping days” are defined as full 24-hour periods and exclude weekends and holidays. For example, an order shipped Monday afternoon and delivered Wednesday afternoon is considered a 2-day shipment.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, particularly for remote areas.
