Return Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the sensitive nature of our products, the following return policy applies.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are damaged due to our fault or products with manufacturer defects.
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of purchase by contacting us at inquiries@wavetides.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.

Sensitive Products

Due to the fragile nature of certain products and the potential for degradation if improperly handled, we do not generally accept returns of opened or used items.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in reasonable cases. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed manually after we receive the returned items. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping returned items to our office. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
